About Monster & Shield

Monster & Shield is a card shop with exactly one obsession: the bulk. Not the chase cards, not the slabs, the giant boxes of commons and holos that every collector accumulates and nobody knows what to do with. We buy those boxes by mail at rates we publish on the open page, count every card by hand, and sort every box BY CARD, so the shop sells the exact card you want with its real stock count on the page and a per card rate that falls as you stack copies.

The shop runs from North Charleston, South Carolina. It is small on purpose: one counter, one sort queue, and two status lights at the top of the site that tell you honestly whether we are buying and selling right now. When the sort queue backs up, the BUYLIST light goes red instead of your box sitting unopened for a month. When the shelf empties, the SHOP light goes red instead of the site quietly taking orders it cannot fill.

Why trust a bulk shop you found on the internet? Ask us the hard questions first. Every submission gets a private status page tracking your box from arrival to payout. Our recount governs every offer, and when our count differs from yours by more than 10 percent in any category, you see both numbers side by side before you decide. Nobody is paid on the spot, by us or by anyone honest in this business, and we would rather explain that on the front page than surprise you with it in an email.
